My classes are designed to help students build strength, confidence and connection both on and off the mat. Drawing inspiration from Ashtanga and dynamic Vinyasa flow, I aim to create sessions that are energising, grounding and accessible, encouraging students to move with intention while finding space to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
